Phase 1 We couldn't be happier with the manufacture and installation of our Corian worktops, having looked at your website we had high expectations, but your team managed to surpass these and the finished worktops look better than we could have imagined. Even having watched it be installed I can't find the joins! The final look absolutely makes the room.
Darren and Tony were excellent during the installation, both were very friendly and professional even to the extent of tolerating me watching the entire installation and asking what I am sure must have felt like endless stupid questions, of which they answered all with good humour. They worked very quickly, the installation was completed in half a day and they then took the time to explain how to clean and care for my new worktops, they then proceeded to tidy up so thoroughly the room was tidier when they left than when they arrived!
Indeed I can not begin to praise the whole company highly enough, having dealt with yourself, Trevor and Vicki pre ordering you all had helpful advice, were reassuring and gently talked me through a process which was entirely new to me. The whole procedure from ordering through templating to installation was carried out promptly in a shorter timescale than I anticipated, this is even more impressive when one considers the disruption the whole country seemed to be suffering from at this time due to the heavy snow. We came across Wharf Solid Surfaces through the Bargain Hunter section of the Saturday Telegraph so we had no idea what they would be like, other than that they had a sale on when we were looking for a new kitchen worktop. We are mightily impressed! From the very beginning, they were courteous and helpful: it was clear they wanted the end result to be as good as we did. Communication was quick and thorough and when things proved slightly difficult at our end, so that we were not straightforward customers (the surface was for a kitchen in France and required cut outs for gas hobs we had not yet bought!), they were patient and helpful. A visit to their Rotherham subsidiary introduced us to Jeff at Surface Solutions who must be one of the few people in the country able to match them for Customer Service and satisfaction. Use them; and tell your friends!

I saw the Corian work at Harcourt Road last night - and have to say it looked fantastic - the client is absolutely delighted.

It looks stunning and compliments the rest of the kitchen, adding a touch of the contemporary in a Victorian colour, which suits this 1889 house.
We made a mistake with our original stainless steel splashback. Wharf Solid Surface were able to provide and fit for us (in 2 days) a splashback in the same colour as the worktops. We're actually glad we made a mistake with the stainless steel, because this is warmer, it looks better, and basically we love it all. And when our plumber left a scratch, Darren and Pedro (aka The A Team) were able to sand it away - so now we don't feel we have to be quite so precious as there is a remedy for everything!
Everyone at Wharf Solid Surface, Trevor, Janet, Darren and Pedro, have always been quick in responding, courteous and extremely lovely to have in the house. We encountered minimal disruption when worktops/splashback were being fitted, and Darren and Pedro left leaving absolutely no mess whatsoever. We are extremely happy.
